Marc Faber: Generally, I have a very low view on central bankers, but I personally have to say that I have a very high opinion about Mr Rajan. I think he is pursuing a relatively tight monetary policy, which, in my view, is very desirable because he has stabilised the rupee. The rupee has been very strong against the euro and the yen.
